I’m looking for a lot of inexpensive white china. I would love to find this pattern or something similar. Does anyone have any ideas on where to look in the Brooklyn or Austin areas?

Ebay is proving itself to be rather expensive.

No idea, but I love it! Maybe try Etsy in the sellers section or one of those china replacement websites? Keep us posted!
Peter found some that’s pretty but different. At this point I think thrift stores will be our best bet because they are so much cheaper than antique stores. I’ve been looking around in NY but I think this is a project that will be a bit easier when I get back to Texas.
Hi, Jaime!
Were you seeking a “whole lot” of the same pattern? Or are you open to complementary patterns, just so long as they are all white and similar in feeling?
My personal favoite go-to place for china (and interesting serving pieces) is the Next To New shop on Burnet in Austin. They do a lot of estate sales, so they get lots of that type of thing.
Also, check out CL for “Amber Ostrich Estate Sales”. Deborah does lots of great sales and she gets wonderful things to sell as well.

Thanks Lisa! We were originally hoping to outfit our entire wedding in complimentary white vintage china, but since we put this off a bit we may just look for 8-10 place setting of that exact pattern to have for ourselves. I really like the Next to New shop on Burnet as well (if it is the same one that I’m thinking of), I’ll keep checking back and I will keep an eye out for Amber Ostrich Estate Sales. Thanks again!
