I’m not going to lie, a lot of happy jumping and a joyful trip out to the garbage can to chunk the rotting piece of mess away forever ensued. Obviously we need to put in a new window cover, but that will come soon.
The other day Peter and I were at Target when I came across this welcome mat. I’d never felt compelled to buy a welcome mat but it was just so cute that we couldn’t resist. Here are the before and afters from the mini-makeover of our front door space. I love how the mat really brightens up the space and gives a sneak peak into the colors of our living room.
